A delicious and distinctive wine that is brilliant with cheese as well as dessert.
Background
Unusually we ship just a single wine from this Domaine, but what a wine. A Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise made in the old-fashioned way using just 7% spirit to stop the fermentation and capture the pure, sunshine sweetness of the grapes in the wine. Yields are 30hl/ha, giving excellent concentration, while the vineyards high altitude gives the freshness needed to balance the sweetness.
