Why do we collect information about you?
We collect information about you when you register with us or place an order for our products. We do so to process your order, manage your account and, if you agree, to email you about other products we think may be of interest to you.
We will use the information to process your orders and send you offers tailored to your interests.
The lawful basis of processing information retained about you is either for the performance of a contract or the legitimate interests of Robert Rolls and Co Ltd to study customer activity in order to personalise marketing.

We can take payment by credit and debit cards over the telephone or by text message. Texts are deleted after processing. We do not store your card details on any electronic medium, the paper records are destroyed after the payment has been recorded.
We would like to send you information about products which may be of interest to you. If you have consented (by expressly opting in) to receive marketing, requested information from us or purchased goods from us, you may receive marketing communications from Robert Rolls and Co Ltd unless you have opted out of such marketing. You have a right to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes at any time.

We then process this data solely for our own use and in accordance with our Terms & Conditions (which are updated from time to time). We will not share your personal data with any other companies.
There may be certain circumstances where regulatory bodies (HMRC for example) require reporting of our processing activities in which case your personal data may be disclosed under the lawful basis of Legal Obligation.
You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you and we recognise how important it is that the data we hold is accurate. We will keep your data for the period that you are a customer of Robert Rolls and Co Ltd.
If you are no longer a customer, we will keep your data for the minimum length of time required to comply with the purposes set out in this policy and relevant legal or regulatory obligations. Your personal data may be kept longer if we cannot delete it for technical reasons.
